Care Wing is a lifesaving organization focused on emergency preparedness, fire safety, and humanitarian assistance. We provide training and advisory services to help individuals and organizations protect lives and property during emergencies and unsolicited disasters.

Our story began with Moenuddin, a national hero decorated with the Tamgha e Shujaat, and continues today through two generations working in lifesaving disciplines across four countries.

About The Founder & Key Facilitator:

Carrying his noble mission forward with a nice integration of our passion and livelihood.

Tariq moen headed the Emergency Planning (ERP) of PIA and Oman Air after staring his career back in 1977 as instructor in Gederal Civil Defence. He is the founder secretary of fireprotection Association of pakistan (FPAP) and CEO & Founder of Care Wing.
